No! that’s one of our biggest advantages. Clients simply click the branded link you send them and submit files, copy, logos, or documents directly.
How does the AI Content Assistant work, and how many credits do I get?
The AI helps clients write better copy by generating suggestions, rewrites, or improvements based on the tone, context, and guidelines you set in the form builder. It’s context-aware and project-ready.
- Starter: Not included
- Pro: 50 credits/month (enough for ~50-100 generations)
- Agency: 200 credits/month Credits reset monthly. You can enable/disable AI per form/field.
What file types and sizes can clients upload?
Unlimited file types by default (images, PDFs, videos, docs, logos, etc.). You can set restrictions per field (e.g., only PNG/JPG for logos).
File size limits: 100MB per file (adjustable). Multiple files per field allowed. All uploads are secure, with previews, thumbnails, and auto-organization.
